PARK AND RECREATION EXPERIENCE <br />NAME: Austin Linear Parks System <br />LOCATION/SIZE: Austin, MN/±1500 Acres <br />CLIENT: City of Austin, Austin, MN/Mower Co. Planning Department <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES: RCM is in the process of preparing the Master Plan for <br />Austin Lenear Park System. Specific services include analysis <br />of natural and manmade systems, needs of users, conceptual and <br />detailed site designs, and a phased implementation program. <br />SPECIAL FEATURES: The Austin Lenear Park System is a series of parks and <br />interconnected open spaces along the Cedar River and Dobbins and <br />Turtle Creeks in Austin. Special features of the system include <br />several miles of existing and proposed trails which link major parks <br />serving local neighborhoods. Throughout the system emphasis is <br />places on the imr ,ier and local WiaLogy. <br />FEE: $25,000 <br />
