Park and Recreation Experience <br />NAME: Portsmouth Mine Access <br />LOCATION/SIZE: Crosby, MN / 1.6 Acres <br />CLIENT: City of Crosby <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES: Services provided for this project include development <br />of a preliminary site design and preparation of LAWCON grant, <br />pre -application and final application. Construction documents are <br />being prepared for Summer '81 installation. <br />SPECIAL FEATURES: In addition to providing access to the abandoned Ports- <br />mouth Mine Lake, facilities are provided for parking, picnic, and <br />restrooms. <br />This project. partially funded by LAWCON funds, is part of Crosby's <br />ongoing program for revising mine land in or near the city. <br />FEE: $4,400 " desig ,-nations <br />
