Park and Recreation Experience <br />NAME: Northeast Crosby Park <br />LOCATION/SIZE: Crosby MN / 4.5 Acres <br />CLIENT: City of Crosby, Crosby Housing & Redevelopment Authority <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES: Services provided to Crosby in the development of <br />Northeast Park included identification of the park site, development <br />of design concepts, preparation of construction documents, assistance <br />with bidding, and construction staking and supervision. <br />SPECIAL FEATURES: Northeast park provides softball, skating, and open play <br />for Crosby`s Northeast neighborhood. Parking and restroom facilities <br />are also provided. Future plans for the park include Skating areas, <br />playground and volleyball courts. City Block Grant funds in the <br />amount of $27,000 and Revenue Sharing in the amount of $6,000 were <br />utilized for payment of design fees and construction. <br />TEES: $6,000 <br />
