Design Firms in general choose various paths in their
search for success, from the expeditious to the con-
Scientious. In a marketplace that is growing increas-
ingly discriminating, Design Consortium has chosen its
path as excellence and its goal as the establishment
of a national reputation in the design profession.
DESIGN TEAM Design Consortium employs professional staff in the
fields of:
1. Planning
2. Landscape Architecture
3. Architecture
Q. Graphic/Signage Design
ORGANIZATION Damon Farber, the landscape architectual principal with
Design Consortium, will act as project coordinator.
Mr. Farber will be assisted by Tom Oslund whose recent
landscape architectural experience includes master plan
development of Alexander Ramsey Park in Redwood Falls,
Minnesota and design and construction documents prepara-
tion for a variety of neighborhood parks recently com-
pleted for the city of Apple Valley.
A project Vch as Silver View Park occasionally demands
disciplines not always found in-house. Because our firm
has a strong design orientation we depend heavily on
consultants for certain technical assistance. Specifically,
we would propose to utilize the services of E. A. Hickok
and Associates to assist us in aspects related to hydrology,
and civil engineering. We have worked with one another
many times in the past and feel that their objectivity,
experience and staff complement the capabilities of
Design Consortium. We hope that our use of E. A.
Hickok, on an as needed basis, meets the criteria
esLahlishcd by the City of Mounds View.
ROX (1MWWnUM INC AR1711T111'1'IIRE I.ANiIW.iNIi ,lIH:1I'i1X'1'11RIi IM.ANNINI: I*_'O.N NMY MAW11-11V ME MINNFAPIKd11 MN 55403 921M XW
