Conduct an on -site analysis and collect and review site data, statistics, <br />studies, history and other appropriate information from City departments <br />and other agencies interested in or concerned with the project regarding <br />such existing conditions as property lines and dimensions, topography, <br />spot elevations, utilities, streets and access, site and area drainage, <br />soils, vegetation, wildlife, structures, surrounding land use and <br />surrounding park and open space lands. <br />5. Develop an initial land use concept plan incorporating park program acti- <br />vities confirmed within points one (1) and two (2) above. <br />6. Presentation of site analysis and initial land use concept plan graphics <br />for review before staff and the Parks and Recreation Commission at a public <br />meeting. <br />7. Presentation of the initial concept plan and other supporting graphics at <br />two public meetings. <br />S. Refinement of the land use concept based on feedback from OWNER staff, <br />Park and Recreation Commission and citizen public meetings. <br />9. Develop a final master park plan and make final presentation to Park <br />Commission and City Council including cost estimates, project feasibility <br />and outline of proposed implementation in a three phase process. Pre- <br />sentation materials will include slides, full color formal presentation <br />boards and thirty 8-1/2"xll" reproducible copies. <br />RESULTS: Final master plan and all supporting documentation of the PROJECT <br />process to date. Phase I development and cost analysis will be <br />identified and formally approved by OWNER prior to proceeding with <br />professional services. <br />
