With his diver- <br />sified background and experience, he plays a key role as one of four Brauer & <br />Associates' project managers. He is also Director of Engineering for the company. <br />Mr. Drake is a registered civil engineer with over 20 years of experience as a city <br />engineer, contractor and construction manager. His specialities include design, .. {' <br />construction and construction management of sanitary sewers, watermains, storm sewwers <br />railroads, streets, large parking lots and all phases of land development for res-iden ` <br />tial, commercial, recreational and industrial sites. His specialities also include <br />managing and trouble -shooting large earthwork contracts both as a contractor and civil ` <br />engineer. - <br />Mr. Drake's most recent professional experience, prior to joininc, Brauer & x <br />Associates, was with the Dayton Hudson Corporation where he was responsible for <br />the design and construction of shopping centers at Detroit, Michigan; Kalamazoo, ;; <br />Michigan; LaCrosse, Wisconsin; Grand Forks, North Dakota; Las Vegas, Nevada; <br />Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota. <br />He was previously employed by the Rauenhorst Corporation Development Division as the <br />Director of Engineering and Construction. He has served as City Engineer for Edina, <br />Minnesota where he was charged, among other things, with the engineering design of <br />the City's parks. He was also employed as an engineer by St. Louis Park, Minnesota,;:.;... - <br />Grand Forks, North Dakota; and the Minnesota Highway Department. <br />Mr. Drake is a member of the Minnesota Society of Professional Engineers and the _--_ <br />National Society of Professional Engineers. <br />At Brauer & Associates Ltd., Inc. he is a company stockholder and serves on its <br />Board of Directors. - <br />
