Attend City meetings, as necessary, to <br />complete the planning process. <br />IV CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS <br />From the approved design prepare complete working draw- <br />ings •G�"_ with specifications for Phase I construction in- <br />cluding: <br />A. two baseball/softball fields <br />underground irrigation system 415,000 <br />approximately 90 car parking lot <br />park access road <br />initial site grading <br />turf establishment <br />B. Prepare 10 sets of construction documents and <br />specifications for submittal to construction sub- <br />contractors. <br />V. BIDDING <br />Assist the city in letting and receiving Sub -Contractor <br />bids for the project and in preparing the contract for j <br />construction between the city and the successful Sub - <br />Contractors. <br />VI. CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT <br />A. Making visits to the site and observing constructio <br />to ascertain if the project is being built in ac- <br />cordance with the Construction Documents and will <br />certify as to the contractors justification of month- <br />ly bills to the city.
