Assist the city in coordinating and recruiting <br />civic groups to help with park construction. <br />TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />The City of Mounds View shall provide: <br />1. All background information they may have available re- <br />lated to this project and necessary instructions and in- <br />put regarding the program requirements. <br />2. Existing site plans and building lines, topnnraphinal <br />surveys and utility maps of each of the sites. The <br />selected planning firm shall be able to rely on the ac- <br />curacy of these documents. <br />3. A designated representative from whom the selected plan- <br />ning firm will receive instructions and authorization. <br />TIME <br />SAUNDERS-THALDEN & ASSOCIATES, INC., would start on the project <br />immediately upon being authorized and could perform all the work <br />in the proposal within two months after starting. (Phases I - IV)` <br />FEES <br />SAUNDERS-THALDEN & ASSOCIATES, INC., bases all fees for professional <br />services on the amount of time anticipated to perform the work. <br />The total fees for all services recommended in this proposal are <br />as follows: <br />Part I - 3V.........................$ 5,900 - $ 7,100 <br />Part $:............................$ 2,960 <br />(Based on 8 work hours per week for a period of 10 <br />construction weeks). <br />
