The following pro- <br />jects illustrate the staff's expertise in <br />comprehensive planning, design development, <br />and construction documents required to <br />_.__e.::ruiiy complete the Silver View Park <br />Project. <br />Recreational Planning and Design <br />Marshall-Webater lite Develo ment <br />Paul sr s ana necreation Dept. <br />St. Paul, Minnesota <br />A joint use facility developed as recrea- <br />tional space for a grade school and the <br />Parks Department. The project included <br />coordination of agencies and a citizen <br />advisory group, concept development, <br />working drawings, and specifications for <br />lighted ball fields, a play area, tennis <br />courts, picnic area, and parking. <br />Master Plan for Phalan Park <br />p&u.L rarxo and Recreation Dept -.- <br />St. Paul, Minnesota <br />While employed by the City of St. Paul, <br />Mr. Broughton was a member of a two person <br />design team who, with the aid of a citizen <br />advisory committee, developed a master <br />plan for the redesign of the 4" acre <br />phalen Park. This project included new <br />roadways, structures, 18 hold golf course, <br />pedestrian pathways, shoreline improve- <br />ments, picnic areas, and miscellaneous <br />site improvements. In addition to being <br />the Park's construction coordinator, Mr. <br />Broughton was principal designer of the <br />new recreation site development, play <br />area, and athletic facilities. <br />
