The <br />Project included concept development, working <br />drawings, specifications, and site observation. <br />Hayden Heights Recreation Center Play Area <br />St. Paul Parks and Recreation Dept. <br />St. Paul, Minnesota <br />This project included an analysis of play <br />activities, program development, conceptual <br />site development, and the working drawings <br />and specifications. <br />Swede Hollow <br />St. Paul Parks and Recreation Dept. <br />St. Paul, Minnesota <br />Mr. Broughton coordinated the development of <br />a 90 acre urban site. This site was over- <br />looked for urban development due to limited <br />access and very steep slopes. The project <br />consisted of working drawings and specifi- <br />cations for access stairs, overlooks, picnic <br />areas, parking and pathways. <br />Pleasant Lake Beach <br />North Oaks Association <br />North Oaks, Minnesota <br />For the North Oaks Association, Earth Plus <br />prepared a master plan for an intensely used <br />beach area on Pleasant Lake. Parking areas, <br />beach activities, picnic and play areas were <br />designed to limit the impact of large crowd& <br />on the site. The project provided on site <br />consultation for local maintenance crews to <br />implement the plan. <br />
