The profes- <br />sional services included conceptual design, <br />design development, coat estimating and <br />construction documents/specifications. <br />Riverside o sot <br />city or Rochester <br />Rochester, Minnesota <br />Designed in 1979 by Earth Plus this pro- <br />ject is located along the Zumbro River <br />and consisted of developing a parking lot <br />between two structures under renovation. <br />The project scope included flood plain <br />retaining walls, paving systems, lighting, <br />planting design and construction observa- <br />tion. <br />moll o I= Center <br />Tol Realty ana u3natruction Co. Inc. <br />Grand Rapids, Michigan <br />Designed by Mr. Hadersbeck in 1979 this <br />roject consisted of a 50,000 sq. ft. <br />ildint and associated out lot site <br />developments. The design included vehic- <br />ular circulation layout, trading, cut/fill <br />analysis, storm drainage assign, water and <br />sanitary sewer systems, as well as design <br />for all paving systems. <br />
