RPHO108 CommunitT Hospital <br />Marketing Analysis for a Retirement Commun ty <br />Douglas, Michigan <br />A statistical analysis to determine the <br />economic validity of establishing a retire- <br />ment community adjacent to a hospital was <br />conducted by Mr. Haderebeck in 1978 while <br />employed with WBDC, Architects in Grand <br />Rapids, Michigan. The study required the <br />formulation of a methodology to calculate <br />user demand and statistical verification <br />through phone survey. Additionally a com- <br />puter program was developed to cross compare <br />various questions from the survey. <br />University of Minnesota <br />Rosemount Researen and ExperimentStation - <br />Long Range Development Plan <br />Minneapolis, Minnesota <br />Conducted by Mr. Hadersbeck in 1975 as a <br />consultant to the University. This project <br />consisted of developing a management program <br />for 8,000 acres of land. The study included <br />inventorying natural and physical features, <br />completing an issue analysis program, as <br />wall as assisting the University in estab- <br />liahing goals and priorities for growth and <br />expansion. <br />
