His most recent <br />projects have included the West St. Paul Elderly Housing Projset; Site and <br />Detail Design for a 18U unit condominium housing project in Grand Rapids, <br />Michigan; as well as several small scale patio areas and courtyards. UaL <br />project has required various levels of expertise from conceptual planning <br />through to construction documents and construction observation. <br />C_emDrshe!siX1 Land Planning and design experience includes projects in campus <br />planning, out s Copp g o. ere and industrial development. He is currently <br />coordinating the land planning and design development of a P.U.D. single family/ <br />condominium housing project in Minot, North Dakota. Most recently he completed <br />a Long Range Development Plan for St. Paul Academy and Summit School. Mr. <br />Hadersbeckts commercial projects have included development programming and <br />preliminary design for shopping centers in Lowell, Michigan= Battle Creek, <br />Michigan and Anoka. Minnesota as well as several small office and commercial <br />buildings. <br />Market feasibility Studies have been Mr. Hadersback's special emphasis within <br />the landscape architsoLural profession. While landscape architect for WBDC, <br />Inc. in Grand Rapids, Michigan he was professional -in -charge for two extensive <br />developmental/feasibility studies. One project was a Marketing/feasibility <br />Study for a retirement community in Douglas, Michigan. The study incorporated <br />a statistioal/computer analysis and phone survey. It was eventually utilised <br />to secure financial backing for the project. Another project consisted of a <br />Site Restoration Study for the Fora Marquette Memorial Shrine in Ludington, <br />Michigan.
