MEMU TU: Planning Commission <br />r RUM: DlreCLor of Public works/Community Development <br />DA'rtl: May B, 1905 <br />SUBJECT: HERI3ST AND SUNS OEMOLITIUN CUMPANY <br />Attached please find a resolution for you perusal on Herbst and <br />Sons proposed building addition. <br />In summary, in order for the Herbst and Sons pemolition Company <br />to construct a building addition they need the following: <br />1. Major subdivision approval <br />2. Rezoning the property from B-3 to 1-1 <br />3. A 15 foot variance from the 20 foot aide yard <br />setback requirement <br />C. Revise Comp Plan <br />Herbst and Sons indicated they will be providing a preliminary <br />plat of their major subdivision and revised site plan by May 15, <br />1985. <br />The City Connril reviewed the site plan and indicated that they <br />would set a hearing on the rezoning and major subdivision when <br />the preliminary plat is submitted. <br />SWT/br. <br />Attachment <br />
