The last Compliance Audit <br />that was performed for the City was for the year ended <br />December 31, 1982. Therefore, the City is required to have <br />a Compliance Audit for 1985. Attached is a proposal from <br />our auditors, Voto, Reardon, Tautges and Company, Ltd. for <br />such an audit. They propose a fee of $1,950. The City is <br />authorized by revenue sharing regulations to pay this fee <br />from revenue sharing monies received. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Contract with Voto, Reardon, Tautges and <br />Company, Ltd. for a Federal Compliance Audit of the Revenue <br />Sharing Program for the City of Mounds View in an amount not <br />to exceed $1,950. <br />DB/mjs <br />Enclosure: April 30, 1986 Letter from Voto, Reardon, <br />Tautges and Company, Ltd. <br />
