There has been some discussion regarding the consolidation of the six separate C:ouP W srstecs arns.d rr,e metropolitan area, that they be consolideced in au.nagement and all services necessary to make for a better rate for return on investment. I would like to have your opinion on this idea, realizing that if this happens the North Suburban Cable territory would lose its identity and usy be in a position of using what proceeds and profits directly derived from the North Suburban system to help supplement systems that are not doing nearly as we; i, such as Anoka and the Blaine system. (2) I vould like very much to know what each City would like from its I -Net (inst!tutional network) and the anticipated future uses of that 1-Net, i.e. communication between City Halls; communication from Citv Halls to police departments, if in a separate building; comrunication from City Halls to public schools; comm•,nlcatlon from City NAlls to the University and vice versa.
