RESOLUTION NO. 1900 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />S'rA'rE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION ASSESSING THE CITY'S COS'r OF PREPARING <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND BIDDING THE. PROJECT <br />TWICE, FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 84-5 <br />FOR PROPERTY KNOWN AS GALE/YOS'r ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has received a 100 <br />percent petition for improvements for the property known as <br />Gale/Yost Addition; and <br />WHF,REAR, the City Council of the City of Mounds View <br />found the petition to he adequate and has received a <br />feasibility report according to City Council Resolution No. <br />1766; and <br />VHEREAS, the City Council has provided notice and <br />conducted a public hearing for the proposed public <br />improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, Susan Gale, 8227 Groveland Road, and Debra <br />Yost, 8205 Groveland Road, both of Mounds View, Minnesota, <br />signed Development Agreement No. 84-70 on May 29, 1985 and <br />May 30, 1985, respectively; and <br />WHEREAS, Susan Gale and Debra Yost requested the City <br />to prepare plans and Rrerifications and hid the subject <br />project twice and assess their property for the cost; and <br />WHEREAS, the City prepared the plans and <br />spec;f;cations and bid the project twice per Susan Gale's <br />and Debra Yost's requests; and <br />WHEREAS, the outstanding bill for subject work is <br />$4,692.00; and <br />WHEREAS, Susan Gale and Debra Yost were notified of <br />the outstanding hill on November 7, 1985 and were requested <br />to contact the Director of Public Works and let him know hcw <br />they would like to reimburse the City for the bill; and <br />WHEREAS, as of February 5, 1986, there was no <br />response to the above said letter; and <br />WHEREAS, Susan Gale and Debra Yost were given thirty <br />(30) days written notice (certfied mail, return receipt <br />requested) of the date that the City Council will be acting <br />on this assessment resolution; and <br />
