J d LD rage Six <br />----------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />Councilmember Haake reported the <br />Festivities <br />Commission <br />Councilmembi� <br />had spent $7,521.64 last year and <br />received revenue of <br />Haake <br />$4,037.98, with a net cost to the <br />City of $3,483.66. <br />She stated they are trying to keep <br />the costs <br />down this <br />year and have changed some of the <br />activities <br />over <br />last year. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley stated <br />he would be <br />talking <br />to Commissioner McCarty and would <br />discuss the <br />cost of <br />the Ramsey County showmobile with <br />him. <br />Mayor Linke had no report. Mayor Linke <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reported that last year 18. Report of <br />the City had repaired a pick-up with a box on it Clerk/ <br />that was rusting. The box is now surplus property Administrator <br />and there is someone who would like to take it. <br />He explained there would be a cost to the City if <br />they were to take it somewhere to dispose of it. <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Hankner to declare the <br />pick-up box as surplus property and authorize Staff <br />to dispose of it properly. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carri <br />Mayor Linke adjourned the meeting at 8:54 PM. 19.
