DRAFT <br />RESOLUTION 140. AAA <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COONTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION SETTING POLICY FOR ASSESSING CORNER LOTS <br />WHEREAS, some corner lots :n the City can be subdivided; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, existing assessments on corner lots have been <br />based on the length of the .Ahortesr. Int line; and <br />WHEREAS, if a corner lot is subdivided, the new lot will <br />have access to utilities without having paid for them; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that if a corner lot is <br />subdivided, the new lot shall pay an assessment for utilities <br />prior to approval of the subdivisicr.; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessment shall be the <br />product of the new lot's shortest length times the unit prices <br />used to assess the original lot when the utilities were <br />installed. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this eay of , 1986. <br />Mayor <br />Clerk-AdminIstrator <br />1 <br />4) <br />
