Call to Order <br />Mayor Linke at 7:00 PM on Monday, April 28, 1986. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was saia. 2. Pledge of <br />Allegiance <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Hankner, Blanchard, 3. Roll Call <br />Quick, Haake and Mayor Linke. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Attorney Karney, Clerk/Administrator <br />Pauley anJ—Public works/Community Development Di.ector <br />Thatcher. <br />' Motion/Second: Quick/Hankner to approve the April 4. Approval of <br />14, 1986 m tes as presented. Minutes: <br />April 14, 1986 <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion Carried <br />Clerk/Administrator Pa::ley read a proclamation from 5. Residents <br />t`e City of M-v�'s ,iew supportina buddy poppy sales Rccucsts and <br />Inv Comments .`rum the <br />rioor <br />Mayor Linke presented the proclamation to Lorna Holm <br />of the VFW, and she preserted Mayor Links wit: buddy <br />poppies to promote their sales. <br />Councilmember Haake questioned whether anything had 6. Approval of <br />been resolved yet on the insurance coverage, and Consent Agenda <br />whether Item B should be removed. <br />Clerk/Admir.istratur Pauiey reported there are more <br />than adequate funds to cover the overage, and that <br />the issue would be discussed further during the <br />meeting. <br />Motion/Second: Hankner/Blanchard to approve the <br />'=onsent agenda, as presented, and waive tha reading <br />if the resolutions. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />
