The Planning Commission, drafted the following resolu- tion, No. 165-86: whereas, Mary Anderson is proposing to construct six unit townhouses in lieu of eight unit condominium structures on some of the remaining undeveloped lots of Silver Lake woods Carriage Homes, Tract D, and Whereas the six unit townhouses will he on the lots originally proposed as eight unit condominiums, and Whereas the development agreement may need to be revised, and Ihereas Mary Anderson shalt secure approval of the majority of the homeowners association, and ^:^aa the density will M rednped from 168 units and Whereas Mary Anderson shall deed the land beneath the townhouses to the townhouse owners, Now therefore be it resolved that the Planning Commission recommends to the City Council that this conceptual plan be approved contingent upon approval of the majority of the homeowners as,ociation, ne it further resolved that the Planning Commission recommends to the City Coucil that the development agreement be amended accordingly, and no it further resolved that Mary Anderson may construct townhouses or condominiums on any particular lot in Silver Lake Woods Carriage Ilomes, Tract D, ne it further resolved that this resolution be forwarded to the City Council prior to the approval of the Planning Commission minutes.
