WUORNOS AND ASSOCIATES <br />PROM, MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />(O, MOUNDC VIEW CITY COUNCIL <br />[he subJect study was commissioned by the City Council <br />to analyze the Highway 10 frontage property, to evaluate the <br />opportunities and contraints for development and to recommend <br />appropriate land uses and development controls for these <br />frontage properties, which are located in the Planning <br />Districts 6 and 12, The Planning CommissiOn reviewed the <br />study, both subjectively and objectively, to evaluate the <br />facts as presented and the conclusions and recommendations of <br />the planning consultant. The purpose of this report is to <br />suRmar ize our conclusions regarding the study and to advise <br />the Council of our future actions.
