Ile added that Kraus Anderson is working <br />on getting one Installed, which is being herd up by <br />a question on an easement. <br />Motion/Second: Haake/Quick to adopt Resolution No. <br />262 , approving Mary Anderson's request to construct <br />townhouses instead of condominiums in the area of <br />Lake Court Drive, and waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Director Thatcher explained that Ronald Richardson 8. Consideration of <br />is proposing to construct a self-service car wrash on Development <br />Highway 10, and he has provided an amendment to his Agreement <br />letter of credit. No. 86-74 <br />Attorney Meyers ctate(l ha is not pronared at this time <br />to make a decision, as he just received the amendment <br />earlier in the day. He stated he had spoken with <br />Mr. Richardson's banker and told him the letter of <br />redit should be redone to be one document. He <br />! ated the Council could approve the development <br />agreement, subject to the final approval of the letter <br />of credit. <br />Motion/Second: Linke/Quick to approve Development <br />Agreement No. 86-74, subject to the City Attorney's <br />final approval of the letter of credit. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Mayor Linke explained that all the requirements have <br />been met for this proposal. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley read proposed Resolution 9. Consideration <br />No. 2024, commending Rita Docker for her service of Resolution <br />to the City. No. 2024 <br />Motion/Second: Blanchard/Haake to adopt Resolution <br />No. 24, commending Rita Docken for outstanding <br />service as Energy/Solid Waste Coordinator. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />irector Thatcher had no report. 10.
