Development plan <br />2. Site st.rvey <br />i. Fvldence of site control; and <br />WIIFRFAS, the Planning Commission has also reviewed this <br />l.. proposal and it is in conformance with all Chapters of the <br />Municipal Code, sperifirally Chapters 40, 42, 49 and 49A and <br />State Statutes; and <br />WIIEREA.S, the development is being reviewed by the Rice <br />Creek Watershed District.; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission recommends <br />Approval; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />City Council approves the development and cnnditional use permit <br />contingent on the items li-ted in development agreement Exhibit <br />2A, and approval by Rine Creek Watershed District; <br />BE IT FARTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />enter into a development agreement between the City and the <br />developer which i�cl,M— the r^ "^wi — <br />I.
