FIRE INSPECTION PROTOCOL <br />Usirg Mounds View Municipal Ordinance No. 394 as the frame <br />of reference, the following areas of responsibility have <br />been agreed to: <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />1. Inspection of all occupancies and operations <br />that require a permit under the Uniform Fire <br />Code. All E occupancies as defined by the UBC <br />in coordination with the City. <br />2. Handle serious violations. <br />3. Promptly notify building Inspection division <br />all structural fires or structurally caused <br />problems. <br />4. Authority having jurisdiction - fire chief. <br />5.. Refer all calls requiring interpretation/enforce- <br />ment of the UBC to the City. <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />1. Routine inspections of Type E occupancies as defined <br />by the UBC in cooperation with the Fire Department, <br />complaints, technical advice for all residential <br />buildings and churches, occupancies/operations not <br />requiring a permit. <br />2. Hydrant permits. <br />3. Forward plans for reviewal by fire department on all <br />proposed developments excluding individual single <br />and double family occupancies. <br />4.
