Mounds <br />August <br />View City Council U-NAPPR <br />1 11 I�0 1-- PagelFouar r Meeting <br />25, 1986 IS�1 V IL.JI.LI <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reported Staff has been meet- <br />ing with the Fire Chief and Fire Inspector over the past <br />several months to set protocol and responsibilities <br />for the fire inspection program. <br />Motion/Second: Hankner/Haake to authorize Clerk/ <br />Administrator to enter into an agreement with the <br />Spring Lake Park Fire Department, Inc. regarding fire <br />inspection protocol. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Councilmember Blanchard asked who will be responsible <br />for keeping recor�ls. Clerk/Administrator pauley <br />explained the Fire Department will keep their records <br />and the City will keep their own records, and there <br />will not be a cross filing system. He also clarified <br />the ordinance which had been passed some time ago, <br />giving the Building Inspector fire inspection duties <br />would not have to be rescinded, as the City will still <br />be carrying out certain responsibilities. <br />Councilmember Hankner asked that Staff be informed of <br />where the duties fall, so they may properly inform <br />citizens of how to proceed or where to go with their <br />questions. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley read proposed Resolution <br />No. 2062. <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Blanchard to adopt Resolution <br />Mo. 2062, commending Jayme Burggraff for service to <br />the City if Mounds View. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Director Thatcher reviewed the development agreement <br />for the Stanley Fisher addition. He stated that some <br />of Staff feels it is very important to have the 5' <br />drainage easements on the lots, but he does not feel <br />it is necessary and he does not feel it will present <br />any problems by not having them. Ile added that development of this area does not have anything to do <br />with any problems with drainage being experience <br />anywhere else in the City. <br />Clerk/Administrator pauley explained the developer <br />cannot give clear title to the land because he has <br />not filed a plat. <br />Councilmember Haake asked why a development agreement <br />was not done in the first place, as is required. <br />7. considerate <br />of Fire ; <br />Inspections ;}F <br />Protocols <br />Motion Carried'', <br />'1,•j <br />• is <br />B.
