Reports of <br />how the Council utilizes Staff, and any problems it <br />CouncilmemberAt', <br />might be presenting as fai as determining priorities <br />Councilme ±g <br />and conflicts. <br />Hankner <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Blanchard to place this item <br />on the agenda for the next agenda session. <br />i <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion Carried If <br />.f <br />Councilmember Hankner stated that in light of the <br />on -going litigation the City is involved in with <br />Williams Pipeline Company, she feels it would be best <br />if all questions be referred to the City Attorney or <br />Clerk/Administrator, including calls the Councilmembers <br />might receive at home. <br />,- <br />Motion/Second: Hankner/Quick to direct the Council to <br />refer all questions or discussions relative to the <br />Williams Pipeline case and litigation to the City <br />Attorney or Clerk/Administrator. <br />3 ayes 2 nays <br />Motion Carried <br />Mayor Linke voted against the motion, stating that as <br />Mayor of. the City, he must be able to communicate with <br />the residents and those who have questions. <br />Councilmember Blanchard voted against the motion, <br />stating that at the onset of the problem with the <br />pipeline, the Council had authorized the City Attorney, <br />Clerk/Administrator and Mayor to be spokesmen, and she <br />,1 <br />
