My memo date 11/14/85. <br />2. My letter to Phyllis Leenerts dated 11/20/85. <br />In November of 1985, the City Council decided not to schedule a <br />public hearing on this minor subdivison until the property owner <br />moved the fence. <br />The fence has been moved and if it is your desire, we can <br />schedule a public hearing. The earliest the public hearing can <br />be scheduled for is October 13, 1966.. The publication and <br />mailing will occur by September 26, 1966. <br />RECOMMENDATION: I recommend scheduling a public hearing for 7:05 <br />p.m. on Octo er 13, 1986. <br />SW'f/bac <br />AN <br />
