MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 148-85 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />( COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />-• STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RECOMMENDATION TO THE, CITY COUNCIL REGARDING <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. 182-85, MINOR <br />SUBDIVISION FOR 2609 COUNTY ROAD I <br />WHEREAS, Phyllis Leenerts, 2609 County Road I, requested <br />City approval for a minor subdivision on October 16, 1985; and <br />WHEREAS, Mrs. Leenerts has provided a Surveyor's <br />Certificate; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the staff <br />report and information submitted by the applicant; and <br />WHEREAS, prior to City approval of the subdivision, the <br />fence shall be moved off of the lot to be created; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed this <br />proposed minor subdivision and it is in conformance with all <br />Chapters of the Municipal Code, specifically Chapter. 40, 42, 49 <br />and 49A and State Stati!tes; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />���/// Planning Commission recommends approval of the request by Mrs. <br />Leenerts for a minor. subdivision; <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that thv Mounds View Planning <br />Commission direct staff to forward this resolution to the City <br />Council prior to approval of the minutes. <br />Adopted this 6th day of November, 1985. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />M- 4 <br />Chairman <br />Director of Public Works/ <br />Community Development <br />
