Call to Order <br />Mayor Linke at 7:01 PM on Monday, September 8, 1986. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. 2. Pledge of <br />Allegiance <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Haake, Blanchard, 3. Roll Call <br />Quick, Hankner and Mayor Linke. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers, Clerk/ <br />Administrator Pauley and Public Works/Community <br />Development Director Thatcher. <br />Motion/Second: Haake/Blanchard to approve the September 4. Approval of <br />?, 1986 minutes as presented. Minutes: <br />September 2 <br />5 ayes 0 nays August 23, <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Haake to approve the August 25, <br />1986 minutes as presented. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Tom Snoffer, of JLN Development:, updated the Council on <br />the status of their proposed development in Mounds View. <br />He reviewed the three major concerns the Planning <br />Commission had expressed, access onto County Road H2, <br />parking and water retentii)n, and how they are addressing <br />them. He stated they hope cc meet with the Council at <br />the September. 15 agenda session to review the traffic <br />report, engincerin•,t report and get an update on the <br />tax increment finai:cing. He added they will also be <br />meeting with the Planning Commission on September 17, <br />when the Planning Commission is holding an informational <br />hearing on the development. <br />Motion Carried. <br />Motion Carried <br />5.
