Consideration <br />and asked if the Council would want to put a condition of Dvlpt. <br />in Exhibit 2A, stating that it must be removed. He Agreement <br />stated the developer is planning on removing it, but 86-77 <br />the Council might want to set a date by which it must <br />be done. <br />'ouncilmember Quick stated hr,. haZ put earnest money <br />down on one of the lots and was told then that the <br />building and the power lines on Ardan Avenue would be <br />removed during development. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley stated the Council could <br />approve the development agreement and instruct Staff <br />to negotiate with the developer whether they would <br />agree to remove the house, and by what specific date. <br />There was discussion as to whether the Council could <br />actually require the developer to remove the house, <br />as it meets all code requirements. <br />71 <br />
