The proposed conceptual site plan follows <br />that direction. The method could be a condomintmized commer- <br />cial type development of lease or sell. <br />Building Setbacks Builering and Parking <br />Building setbacks and parking areas shown on the site plan appear <br />to meet minimum setback requirements. Setback requirements to <br />residential property are exceeded and planting schedule for <br />must <br />screening is indicated.
