These provisions are Included pursuant to the regulations of the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the requirements of said Department pursuant to said regulations; and the obligations of the City to comply therewith Inures to the benefit of the United States, the said Department and the Council, any of which shall be entitled to Invoke any remedies available by law to redress any breach - thereof or to compel compliance therewith by the City. 10. Safeguard of client information. The use or disclosure by any party of infcrmation concerning an applicant or participant in the.program in violation of any ,ule of confidenUallty or for any purpose not directly connected with the administration of the program is prohibited, except on written consent of the applicant or participant. By reason hereof, it will make no claim, demand or application to or for any right or privilege applicable to any officer or employee of the Council, including, but not limited to, workman's compensation coverage unemployment insurance benefits, social security coverage or retirement membership or credit, 14. Master Contract. The City undArstands that the program is subject - to the terms and conditions of the Master Contract between the Council and HUD and to HUD's current and future rules and regulations and the Cltragrees to abide by the same and to cooperate with the Council in its compliance therewith. 0
