All requirements of this section are complied with except for <br />the following: <br />a) Paragraph (b)- Is the proposed building and site so <br />dissimilar to the existing buildings or area as to cause <br />impairment in property valves or blight? <br />b) Paragraph (e) - Drainage system subject to the approval of <br />the City Engineer. <br />c) Paragraph (g) - vlill lighting meet the requirements of this <br />paragraph and Section 40.04, Subd. J? <br />d) Paragraph (i) - Do the requiremens of this paragraph and <br />Section 40.04, Subd. Section 40.07, Subd. All structures, parking and drives meet minimum requirements. <br />2. The curb and gutter shall be D-618 instead of the 6" curb <br />indicated on the drawing`.. <br />Parking and Access Requirements: <br />1. Applicant provides 13 parking space's with an additional 10• <br />possible at the pumps. This meets Code requirements. <br />2. Commercial curb cuts are limited to 30 feet and this plan meets <br />the requirements. <br />
