STAFF REPORT PAGE THREE OF THREE <br />CASE 164-84 <br />Zoning, Comprehensive Plan and Proposed Use: <br />1. The property in question is zoned B-3, Highway commercial. The <br />proposed use is allowed under a conditional use permit. <br />2. The Comprehensive Plan designates the area as Medium Density <br />Residential. <br />COMMENTS <br />Please refer to City Code Chapter 40.25, Subdivision C, which states - <br />that in granting a conditional use permit, the City Council shall <br />find that the use is not in conflict with the Comprehensive Plan of <br />the City.
