Ile stated Staff is in agreement <br />with the denial by the Planning Commission. <br />Motion/Second: 11aake/Quick to adopt Resolution No. <br />2006, denying the variances for Dynamic Designers <br />proposal, Planning Case No. 138-83, and waive the <br />reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley asked authorization to <br />send a letter to Mr. Boyles, stating the City's <br />formal policy regarding his Code violation on his <br />property. <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Linke to approve sending the <br />letter to Mr. Boyles, with a clarification in the <br />+tier stating that as a result of the information <br />jmpiled by the survey, the City Council has <br />determined there is no justification for modifying <br />the current City Code. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Director Thatcher reviewed proposed Resolution No. <br />2087, and the need for cleaning Judicial Ditch No. 1, <br />Branch No. 5, and he reviewed the process that would <br />be followed in cleaning the ditch. <br />There was discussion among the Council of the cost for <br />this cleaning, and future cleaning and repair of the <br />ditch. <br />Motion/Second: Nankner/llaake to approve Resolution <br />No. 2087, regarding City Project No. 86-6, repair of <br />Judicial Ditch No. 1, Branch No. 5, and waive the <br />reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />�_i <br />9.
