RESOLUTION NO. 174-06 <br />PAGE TWO OF TWO <br />WIIEREAS, the variance request is the minimum variance <br />which would alleviate the hardship; and <br />WIIEREAS, the variance is not materially detrimental to the <br />City Code; and <br />WHEREAS, Lot Nos. 1, 15 and 16 shall have front yard <br />setback of 44 feet, 58 feet and 58 feet, respectively; <br />NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mcunds View <br />Planning Commission recommends approval of the request by Chuck <br />Cook to subdivide the land as presented in the drawings received <br />by the City on September 25, 1986, contingent upon approval from <br />Rice Creek S•latershed District; <br />DE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission grants a 10 foot side yard setback variance for.
