RESOLUTION NO. 2109 <br />PAGE FOUR OF FOUR <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a plan be submitted such that <br />the truck loading area pan be converted to automobile parking <br />spaces when the building use changes; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that if the Developer acquires the <br />single family house west of the McDonald's Restaurant, it shall <br />be included in the P.U.D.; <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />shall initiate the process to amend the PUB nortion of the City <br />Code to allow Lhe following parking requirements ir. a PUD which <br />is larger than 60 acres: <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />1) Office - 5.0 parking spaces/1,000 <br />2) Warehouse - 2.0 parking spaces/1,000 <br />3) 50% Office/508 Warehouse - 3.5 spares/1,000 <br />Adopted this 13st day of October, 1986. <br />Mayor <br />Clerk-Adm nistrator <br />
