Be added the Minnesota <br />Historial Society is in the process of doing a search <br />of the area also, and they will have their findings to <br />the City by November 6. <br />Wally Johnson, representing his mother who lives at 2287 <br />County Road H2, stated he would like a survey made of the <br />existing noise levels at County Road H2 and Quincy, to <br />compare to the anticipated noise levels with increased <br />traffic. <br />Mr. Carlson replied such an analysis is a routine part <br />of the EAW and will be included in it. <br />Mr. Johnson stated that in comparing the EAW and Comp <br />Plan, he feels this development would be introducing <br />adverse problems to the area to the north, and he feels <br />they could all be resolved to the residents satisfaction <br />if the Comp Plan -ps followed. He stated he takes <br />exception with 'on #12, and asked that the study <br />specifically at: the development on the basis of <br />the Comp Plan. <br />Councilmember Haake stated she endorses Mr. Johnson's <br />comments. <br />Mayor Linke closed the public hearing and reopened the <br />regular meeting at 7:19 PM. <br />Mayor Linke closed the regular meeting and opened the 5B. •1986 Long <br />next public hearing at 7:19 PM. Term Financial <br />Plan <br />Mayor Linke reviewed the purpose of the 1987 long <br />term financial plan and the process that was followed. <br />He stated a copy is available at City Hall during <br />normal working hours, for the public to review. <br />Mayor Linke closed the public hearing and reopened <br />the regular meeting at 7:21 PM. <br />Mayor Linke closed the regular meeting and opened 5C. Red Oak School <br />the next public hearing at 7:21 PM. Site Major <br />Subdivision <br />Director Thatcher introduced Chuck Cook, of <br />Continental Development, the developer who is pro- <br />posing to develop the site into 16 single family lots. <br />Mr. Cook stated th%y nsd held an informational <br />meeting some time ago, and he has just now finished <br />the plat. Ile showed a diagram of the area, showing <br />how the 16 single family lots would be situated and <br />
