ITEM 13 <br />MEMO TO: Clerk -Administrator and City Council <br />FROM: Director of Public Works/Community Development <br />DATE: November 6, 1986 <br />SUDJECT: JLN DEVELOPMENT <br />Attached please find the following: <br />(1) Draft resolution regarding scope of Environmental Impact <br />Statement for JLN Development. <br />(2) Letters the City has received regarding the Environmental <br />Assessment Worksheet. <br />A final resolution is being prepared and will be placed in your <br />box as soon as it is completed. The draft resolution presents <br />the major issues that shall be discusssed and studied in the <br />Environmental Impact Statement.
