Rules Parts 7001.1250 to 70U 350, the Air <br />qualTry—P&rmtt Fees Rule, Minn. Rules Parts 7002.00101 the <br />Control of Fugitive Matter Rule, Minn. Rule Part 7005.0550, and <br />the Minnnesota Noise Standards, Minn. Rules Parts 7010.0010. The <br />General Permit Rule covers requirements for applications for all <br />�.. permits issued by the Minnesota pollution Control Agency, <br />Including the ISP. The ISP Rule contains additional application <br />requirements for projects such as the one proposed adjacent to <br />Trunk Highway 10. The Permit Fees Rule requires a$50 and a $900 <br />application fee to he paid at the time of application, <br />processing fee. The permittee will he billed the $900 if the <br />permit is issued. As we discussed on October 17, <br />additional air quality and/or noise work may be needed for the <br />ISP. if it is, the additional requirements will at a minimum be <br />discussed in the comments made by the Minnesota Pollution Control <br />Agency's (MPCA's) Office of planning and Review in its review <br />letter. You and Life developer/consultants for the project should <br />feel free to discuss any comments relating to additional air or <br />noise work needed, if any, with the contact person named in the <br />letter, or with me. <br />The responsibilities of the City of Mounds View under the <br />o <br />ISP are of a two fold nature.
