Pauley <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />City of Mounds View <br />2401 Highway No. 10 <br />Mounds View, Minnesota 55112 <br />Dear Mr. Pauley: <br />The Government Training Service is pleased to submit the fol- <br />lowing proposal to the City of Mounds View to provide training <br />for its employees. <br />Goal Setting <br />As discussed with Barbara Arney, this would involve members of <br />the City Council and key staff. Personal interviews (1/2 hour <br />in length conducted over the phone) would be conducted with <br />each participant prior to the designing of the sessions. A 2- <br />day presentation would then be made at a location of your <br />choice. We would then recommend a 1/2 day follow-up session <br />approximately 6 months later. <br />Total cost to the City of Mounds View would be $2,500, $4/person <br />for handout r,.terials and instructor travel expenses. <br />Dealing with the Public <br />Based upon the needs you expressed to Barbara, I believe two <br />workshops might be approrpiate. Both utilize Kathryn Barrington <br />as an instructor.
