Demonstrate our commitment to accomplish significant <br />change In Twin Cities development. <br />3. Sell the many dttractive amenities In the community, <br />such as executive -quality housing In the area, <br />attractive land for more development, better traffic <br />conditions, and much more. <br />4. Demonstrate current demand for commerclal and Industrial <br />development In the area. <br />This would be accomplished by: <br />-> Creating professional marketing materials for the East <br />Metro area, such as brochures, advertisements, and video <br />productions. <br />-> Organizing selllog tours to educate for real estate <br />developers/brokers and residential home builders/brokers. <br />-> Developing and presenting the long-range marketing plan for <br />commercial and Industrial development to significant <br />developers to accelerate real estate development plans. <br />-> Organizing "one-on-one" selling to specific, targeted <br />developers, companies, or both, which potentially have a <br />substantial, positive Impact on the economic development of <br />the area. <br />d Revision 7, 11/17/86, Page 5 <br />
