The Developer shall submit a deposit for basic <br />engineering services (plans and specifications for water, <br />sewer, and storm sewer utilities) in the amount of 9 <br />percent of the estimate improvement costs. If additional <br />funds are required by the City to complete the plans and <br />specifications, the Developer shall make said additional <br />deposit when required by the City. Initial deposit shall <br />be made by February 1, 1987. <br />21. When the final plat is recorded by Ramsey County, the <br />Developer shall be permitted to construct on one of the <br />following lots (Lots 1, 20 3, 4, 15, and 16) provided the <br />lot corners are installed for said lot•. upon complying <br />with requirement 410 above and installing lot corners, <br />the developer shall be permitted to construct on lots It <br />2, 3, 4, 15, and 16. <br />22. The City shall not receive building applications for <br />Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14 until water, <br />sanitary sewer, storm sewer, concrete curb and gutter and <br />bituminous base have been installed or until May 30, <br />1987, which ever occurs first <br />C23. Furnish development agreement security in the amount of <br />$8,000.00 (16 lots X $500 per lot). <br />24. The Developer shall furnish and install a stop sign and <br />street name sign that meets City approval. <br />25. The Developer shall F. and I. underground electricity, <br />telephone lines, and cable television. <br />26. The Developer shall retain one contractor to furnish and <br />install water and sewer service lines from water and <br />sewer mains to the property lines of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 15 <br />and 16.
