The Developer shall secure approval for a grading plan <br />from the City Engineer for the entire site. The grading <br />shall be completed by July 1, 1987. <br />10. The Developer shall install temporary pond (as per plan <br />submitted) or install permanent pond prior to issuing a <br />second building permit. <br />11. on each lot a single family house shall be constructed. <br />12. The Developer shall furnish a $1,000 security for 7 years <br />to guarantee the ponding area and control structure. <br />13. The Developer shall pay assessments for existing <br />utilities on lots that have not previously been assessed <br />for said utilities in the amount of $9,951.89 prior to <br />final plat approval. ✓r <br />14. The Developer shall install metal fence posts at lot <br />corners prior to utility construction. <br />16. The Developer shall have recorded at Ramsey County on <br />the deeds of Lots 9 and 10 a restrictive covenant stating <br />that no structure or fill shall be installed on the <br />drainage easement on said lots. Evidence of recording <br />shall be submitted to the City. <br />17. The Developer shall pay for the installation of street <br />lights. <br />18. The Developer shall indicate location of existing <br />overhead utilities and easements on the preliminary plat. <br />19.
