These resources are <br />listed in & endix D. <br />In order to determine the need for modification of current <br />resources for community access equipment, facilities, and <br />operations, the Commission members solicited comments from several <br />parties and persons involved or potentially involved in community <br />access. The Commission staff sent a survey questionnaire to 200 <br />persons in January, 1988 inviting specific comments. Those <br />contacted included active users of the community access channels <br />and equipment, those who have been trained in video and who have <br />not produced programs following training, North Suburban Access <br />Committen representatives, video users clubs, and those who have <br />received grants from the North Suburbs Access Corporation. <br />Commission members also solicited comments from the current access <br />staff of Cable TV North Central.
