He added <br />all accounts are at least six months past due and he <br />requested a public hearing be set for September <br />25 at 7:05 PM. <br />Motion Second: Wuori/Blanchard to authorize the <br />sen >ng of notices to persons having delinquent <br />utility accounts and set a public hearing for 7:05 PM <br />on September 26, 1988 to consider certifying those <br />delinquent accounts to Ramsey County for collection <br />with 1989 property taxes. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Consideration of <br />Staff Memo <br />Regarding Certifi <br />cation of <br />Delinquent <br />Utility Bills <br />Motion Carried <br />Attorney Karney explained he had not been involved 13. Meyers, Valen and Foster for <br />legal representation of the City of Mounds View in <br />litigation with Williams Pipe Line Company pursuant <br />to the conditions outlined in Mr. Meyers letter of <br />August 9, 1988. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion Carried <br />It was the concensus of the Council to have Boctsie 1.4.
