RESOLUTION NO. 2374 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT REQUEST BY AMOco OIL <br />COMPANY, 2155 HIGHWAY AVENUE, PLANNING CASE NO. 241-88 <br />WHEREAS, Amoco oil Company has requested City approval to <br />construct a self-service car wash at 2155 Highway Avenue in the <br />City of Mounds View; and <br />WHEREAS, the development, as proposed, requires a condi- <br />tional use permit and development approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the follow- <br />ing documents regarding this development proposal: <br />1) Site Plan <br />2) Signage Plan <br />WHEREAS, the City Council and Planning Commission have <br />determined that the development proposal is in conformance with <br />the requirements of Chapter 40. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View approves the conditional use permit with <br />the following conditions: <br />1) The facility must, at all times, be in compliance with <br />State Laws and Minnesota Pollution Control Agency <br />Standards for air quality and noise. <br />2) The car wash facility shall include a blower sys':em <br />designed to remove as much water as feasible from the <br />vehicle before it is allowed to exit the facility. <br />This equipment shall operate as a customer option from <br />April 16 to October 14 and as a mandatory service from <br />October 15 through Apri! 15. <br />3) The conditional use permit anu the conditions placed <br />upon it be recorded or: the title with the County <br />Recorder's Office. <br />Adopted this 12th day of September, 1988. <br />ATTEST: <br />®N.ayor <br />(SEAL) <br />Clerk-Adm n strator <br />
