MEMO TO: Clerk -Admini a trator and City Council
FROM: City Planner Herman
DATE: August 31, 1988
SUBJECT: BUILDING E, MOUNDS VIEW BUSINESS PARK
Attached you will find a letter from Tim Nelson explaining
various changes to the site plan for Building E in the Mounds
View Business Park. The most obvious change is that the building
is set back from the north property line thirty (30) feet rather
than the ten (10) feet that was originally proposed. This is
because of a mistake in the survey of the building and the
subsequent construction of the building before this mistake was
noticed. The other changes to this site plan are to make up the
twenty (20) feet of differential in the original site plan from
the one that is currently proposed. Those items are 2 through 5
in the letter.
Additional changes are found In Items A through D in the letter.
Item B is an additional driveway entrance and exit to Woodale.
Drive and is shown on the drawing. This issue his been reviewed
by the City Engineer and is found to be acceptable until such
time when the Robert Waste property becomes developed. Because
this entrance is proposed to be a street accessing Mr. Waste's
property, the future evaluation of this entrance is certain when
development occurs. This change will be contingent upon, future
review and is noted in the resolution approving the alterations
to the development agreement.
The site plan for Building E has been previously submitted to the
City Council in the Planning Commission packet for August 17th.
1 believe Tim Nelson of the Everest Group will be here to discuss
the proposed changes to both buildings E arid F.
KHJBAC
Attachment
L--1
