MOvnds view business Park Dear Kim: I am writing to explain the reasons for and outline the extent of proposed modifications to the site plan for Building E, the Multi -Tech Systems, Inc. facility. Recently we disccvered, to our surprise and considerable disappointment, that the surveyor hired to "stake$' the building location had erred by staking the building in relation- tc the originally platted north property line, rather than from the north prorarty line as it bad been replatted, twenty feet to the north. As a result, the building under constn:ction is located twenty feet further south than intended. In reviewing this unfortunate error with the owner, Multi -Tech Systems, 'nc.our architects and ena_neers, we have arrived at the following modifications to the site plan to adjust for the misplacement of the building on the site. 1.. Stating the obvious, the north face of the build- ing is set back from the north property line 30 feet rather than 10 feet as originally intended. 2. The sodded area adjacent to the south face of the building has been reduced from 21 feet to 16 feet. 3, The sidewalk running in an east-wesr. direction on the south side of the building has been reduced from 6 feet to 5 feet in width. The nineteen (19) parking stalls located in the southeast corner of the site have been converted to cor-)act size spaces, 9' x 161, as highlighted on the enclosed revised site plan dated July 22, 1988. Formerly they were full-sized stalls. go x 20'. These stalls represent less than the lot allowance for compact spaces permitted under City bil 2615 Lung LiLe Ruud PU.
